Carla Sandoval Carrillo

I am a project manager, trainer, and expert in participatory governance, with over twenty years of experience in the nonprofit, educational, and international development sectors. My journey has taken me from Latin America to Belgium, at the intersection of popular education, gender equality, citizen participation, and social transformation.

I support organizations, teams, and collectives in developing more inclusive, collaborative, and emancipatory practices. My approach is inspired by Latin American popular education and sociocracy, with a particular focus on collective intelligence, empowerment, and the creation of participatory learning spaces.

Through my training, support, and consulting, I seek to weave knowledge between experiences, field practices, and critical reflection, in order to support sustainable and human change dynamics.
